The development of robust and deliverable strategy is an essential element for advancing physical and organisational change in a regeneration context. GENECON has a track record in developing strategies, frameworks and programmes to guide future land use and investment decisions. Our work encompasses Regional Spatial Strategy, sub-regional programmes, town and city development frameworks and site-specific investment plans.
