Delivering truly sustainable communities is a complex and often long term process. It requires positive advocacy, clear strategy & policy, co-ordinated funding and effective governance - and of course great places with sustainable economies.

GENECON works with national, regional and local agencies to support major regeneration initiatives linked to the Government’s Sustainable Communities Plan. We regularly co-ordinate a range of specialist advisers to manage technical inputs such as urban design, transportation, environmental, legal and community aspects to deliver holistic development solutions for sites, neighbourhoods, urban centres, towns & cities and regions. We also work closely with leading academics in the fields of economic and spatial development.
