Urban and rural regeneration, seeking to achieve sustainable communities, is a complex and often long term process, combining positive advocacy, clear strategy & policy, co-ordinated funding and effective governance.

GENECON works with national, regional and local agencies to support major regeneration initiatives linked to the Government’s Sustainable Communities Plan. We regularly co-ordinate a range of specialist advisers to manage technical inputs such as urban design, transportation, environmental, legal and community aspects to deliver holistic development solutions for sites, neighbourhoods, urban centres, towns & cities and regions.
