Coast to Capital LEP has appointed GENECON as lead advisers on
the establishment of its Growing Places Fund following its
allocation of just over £15m from the Government. Covering a major
area of the south east from Brighton and the Sussex coast to
Croydon in East London, Coast to Capital LEP is establishing a
revolving fund to unlock stalled development projects through
strategic infrastructure investments. GENECON will be
advising on the approach to project identification and
selection and also providing investment appraisal support
to the LEP Board.
