David Potts is a community regeneration specialist, and has focused on working with community groups in rural and urban areas. David assists local communities to identify priorities, develop their capacity and understanding of social and economic regeneration and to establish effective delivery mechanisms for locally led projects. David is an Associate to GENECON, providing specialist inputs to spatial and economic strategy development, policy and project evaluation and establishing community led delivery structures.
