David Nicholas, an economist and chartered town planner, has over 25 years’ experience gained in a mix of consultancy and client environments. His key areas of expertise, are primarily in the regeneration field and include: sustainable development (in particular the re-use of brownfield land); research-based strategy and policy development; the role of property in economic development; and 'Green Book’ investment assessment and option appraisals. David is an Associate to GENECON and has recently worked with the team on business plans to support regional and European grant applications for key regeneration projects.
