This has included developing the neighbourhood renewal and social inclusion aspects of a 20 year masterplan vision for Gainsborough, social regeneration strategies fron urban and rural communities and economic appraisals to support key interventions in the Government's defined ‘Growth Areas' and priority regeneration areas. She has advised on the management and delivery arrangements for large scale public realm projects, including for Bradford Centre Regeneration.

Claire's blend of expertise in the social and economic dynamics of regeneration and community development enables her to advise on a wide range of issues pertinent to the Government's Respect, Social Exclusion and Sustainable Communities, Neighbourhood Renewal, Community Cohesion and Respect policies.
