Ben Pretty

Ben Pretty is a social and economic geographer and joined GENECON at the start of 2007 from Deloitte. Ben plays a vital role in supporting the work of consultants across GENECON’s portfolio of high profile regeneration projects. He is supporting the team on a range of projects, including economic appraisals, feasibility studies and project business plans.
Ben was an Associate within the Assurance and Advisory department at Deloitte where he worked for a range of clients from low-turnover family businesses through to FTSE100 companies, thereby gaining a broad and valuable exposure to the financial world. He has also been involved in capital funding project work.
Ben is undertaking a part-time MSc course in ‘Urban Regeneration’ leading to membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
